Mid Week Hire

Minimum 3 day Hire Monday to Thursday

Minimum 3 day Hire including a Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Weekly Hire

Two Week Hire

Red Defender 90 £1320/14 days

White defender 130 £1540 / 14 days

All hire days are based on a 24hr period.

Example:  A 3 day weekend hire – If you book it out at 12pm Friday the vehicle must be returned by 11.59am Monday or you will be changed for an extra day. (Subject to office opening times).

Price differences between vehicles reflect the different insurance  banding for each vehicle type. Prices include UK insurance subject to normal conditions and based on a clean driving licence with one driver. Additional drivers are changed at £10 per day. If you have any driving offences in the last 4 years or accidents this rate may change and we will need to include a small surcharge to cover the costs. The insurance company does not cover anyone working in the entertainment industry.

Additional Information

Mileage:

150 free miles a day – £1.50 per mile over this unless by prior arrangement.

Fuel:

We supply the cars full – when you return please provide a receipt from a Bristol petrol station.

Insurance Excess:

CDW insurance is included in the price of the rental. This covers the cost of the excess on the main insurance policy in the event of an accident, loss or damage to the vehicle. We take a security deposit by pre-authorisation on your credit or debit card of £1000, to cover any loss not covered by insurance, and refund it on safe return of the car. See our T’s and C’s.

Payment:

£100 reserves your Land Rover for the weekend and it is £100 per week if you are booking for a longer period. Payment is due four weeks before your hire begins. We accept most major Debit and Credit cards, or Pay via Paypal.
